WHY MOBILE?

Mobile technology is unlike any other technological paradigm in its potential for innovation, disrupting existing (broken) industries (*cough* healthcare, *cough* education) - and have an impact where change is needed the most.

Millions of people will have a cell phone long before they have enough food, or a proper level of healthcare and education. This is tragic, but it also offers an unprecedented opportunity to change things. When everyone has a mobile device markets will be larger than any time in history, and there will be strong economic incentives to develop these markets.

Ultimately, mobile services will connect all members of our species. This is something entirely new.
